Interesting ... this "Easy" is a much slower start than yesterday's "Hard". I should be finding it easier ... I'm done with grading for the school year. 8-)

I am having a fast and easy start so far, all falls into place right away.

With yesterday's I hit a brick wall, took me a long time to solve it.

I had trouble w/ the 8th. no problem with yesterday's.

Usually they are not, Penguin, LOL! I remember a lot of 'easy' ones that I found harder than the 'hard' ones.

getting stuck is one thing...that can reflect the difficulty of the puzzle... but actually messing up, i think, is no more or less likely on the harder puzzles, but may reflect that your head is not clear enough to be doing sudoku (thus violating Hurshy's #1 Rule of Sudoku)

one day she said it was 47C in her house!!!

I well believe that. It depends on the building materials her house is made of, whether it is south facing, etc.

sinusitis just means something is wrong with your sinuses, so yes, you have it

i tried to do it without the markers earlier but messed up. back again and have started over - with lots of markers!

yeah, you have to be extra careful -- i've given up and started adding markers a few times, and then immediately noticed something i could've seen without markers

messed up again, even with the markers. here goes third time lucky!
