Amish country is near there. Lots of rustic country and farm to see.

i love driving through lancaster the onl thing i dont like is driving behind the amish no offence to the amis! but their buggies are slow! im used to the autobahn where doing 100mph is normal!

Make sure the amish are out of the way and smokey is not lurking behind a sign before you try that here.

but in ny they give u 15 mph leway but in pa the only gie you 10 and in ohio they dont give u any!

Wisconsin is infamous for being tough on speeders in this part of the country.

The Wisconsin state police just love those out of state license plates. It marks you for a traffic ticket :)

isnt that terrible? and all the states have different colors on them so its easy to notice when they arent from your state! in germany everyone has nice white plates along with the rest of europe, and to see where they are from you have to read and decipher their license plate

Well, that is the rumor, actually they leave you alone if you are obeying the law. But they are like Ohio, no leaway.

One of my friends that recently moved to Ohio from New York has gotten 4 speeding tickets since January because he's used to driving in New York where the Speed limit is a suggestion.

He getting an attitude adjustment. Unfortunately for him it won't be cheap.

Well after 4 you also get a lovely court date... Hes not allowed to get another for 1 year or he loses his license.

He better take it easy then.

He does now! Its a big adjustment for him.

The prospect of losing his license will help him make the adjustment.

That it does! At least hes not like his friend who has to drive around in bright yellow plates! In Ohio if you have more then 3 DUI's your given these brighty yellow plates, and they can be pulled over at any time for no reason just for a BAC test

At the beginning of this month we had a spate of harder than average puzzles.

True, but i have been mixing them up recently, and all the ones from 2006 i fly through but the ones from the past few weeks i have just been stumped on. On the old ones I hardly ever used greens but now i cant do an easy without em
