My favorite thing about Firefox is how it always likes to move me forward, backwards, or open one of the tiles as an image. Best features ever? I think yes.

No, Left just took me back while shift was down. Which is new, usually I just end up opening one of the boxes as an image for no explicable reason.

That's strange, I use FF as well, but none of those problems sound familiar. The image-part pops up when I use the wrong mouse button.

I still need too much programs that won't run under Mac, but I do know that windows is a series of bugs registered as trademark.

the only windows application I absolutely need to be able to use is foobar, which is frustrating because no one's developing a decent audio play for OS X right now

There are a couple ones that are still available but no logner developed. Have you tried Audion?

I don't have a working mac anymore, so not in four years or so (though I think development stopped around then)

competing with apple in any part of the ipod/itunes business seems pretty silly at this point

There's nothing to overthink. Rather, estimating the likelihood or the chances that such someone could mastermind such an excellent feat.

Obviously I am way too tired to follow your reasoning. While I'm sure that some crossword puzzles are also cyphers, since that is a fun challenge for a certain mindset of geek to create, that doesn't make crossword puzzles number stations. Not much difference when we get to sudoku puzzles.

But, as I said, I'm probably too tired to think this through at this hour.

Oh, wow. Yes, sure is! Actually, I saw them compete (and win again!) in Region 4 this year. And already have tickets to Vegas for International. :)

I was at region 4's competition too -- my mom sings in Columbus Chorus

I can't wait for Vegas -- the chorus competition is going to be amazing.

Our chorus just won for the first time, ever, so we're going to be competing in Calgary next year -- we're so excited! How long have you been singing?
