this bank of america thing is so stupid and annoying

if it weren't such a pain to switch banks, i would

i don't know what that is

they have this "keep the change" program where whenever you use your debit card (which thankfully i hardly ever do) if you spend, say $3.75, they move .25 from your checking account to your savings, as if you're putting the change in a jar

but it's stupid because the whole beauty of the debit card is that THERE IS NO CHANGE

they shouldn't be allowed to meddle with YOUR money like that

and it's annoying because you then have to take all that out of your checkbook to balance it.

you signed up for it you can easily tell them you don't want it anymore

i agree - it's ridiculous

i did not sign up for it, they just do it

maybe there is an opt out, but their website is terrible and it is hard to find what you want

they also have not got branches that are convenient for me. i should just switch.

i was doing it at work, and then i had to stop to do actual work, and then i came back to finish it
