Done at last. Had to use the Verber-Smith double switchback in section 4. Gets easy then.

Angie, if you want to really learn the classic advanced techniques, as I have, you would do well to read the 1645 masterwork "An Assemblege of Potente Methodes for the Solving of Number Puzzles in a Grid" by Winthrop and "The Sudoku Whisperer" by Clement.

done! Since my previous systematic approaches did not work i used the "Pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey" maneuver! :)

well,i just used the good old greens and elimination technique, still hasn't failed me :p

Hey tuco, I thought Calc 3 WAS fun.

really, i never tried calc but it sounds scintillating :)

And those Deterministic Finite Automata are just a blast.

And don't forget the push down automata for language parsers, loads of fun.
