Hmmm, I do sudoku on paper without much problem; but I still can't seem to complete this online! I think I must need the tactile sensation of pen on paper to get this right!

I think I felt the same way initially. It does get easier the more you get used to it.

Like I said, I do Sudoku on paper and don't have a problem. It just seems really different online!

It's easier to see the whole picture and let your mind start working on a larger scale when using paper. Most people tend to focus in too much on one particular thing (be it a line or a box) instead of seeing the bigger picture.
