Found an instance of a new technique I've discovered. Forbidden pair formation. Sometimes when one number is removed from two places in a constituency, it produces pairs that are impossible. Therefore those numbers must not be removed. Instead, remove any number that might cause them to be removed.

after one wrong guess... and some heavier thinking, this puzzle revealed itself ... without any greens as i never use greens...an interesting puzzle !
