MrOoijer, I also cooked fresh sockeye salmon and asparagus yesterday. It was a great feast. My husband makes a good hollandaise sauce. Our neighbors sons fish for crab in the Pacific and when they share we have a poached egg on crab with hollandaise. It is all delicious.
