Just been watching the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) doco called Road to Now, looking back on the last 30 years of human rights in the world and comparing how the ideals of the United Nations Charter on Human Rights has been adopted or ignored around the world. Very pertinent in the age of the global recognition of black lives matter and the mistreatment of people based on their race, colour, gender or sexual orientation. We still have such a long way to go, even here in Australia.
