In the Netherlands, yesterday, the PM announced the plans for the coming months to slowly "open up". The Dutch strategy differs from the neighbiuring countrie Belgium and Germany in many aspects. The main difference is that we never had and still do not have enough test capacity to test everybody who wants or needs to be tested (unlike Germany), Meaning that people within risk groups still have to be very cautious. For myself that means I seldom leave home, have my froceries delivered and hardly see my family and friends.
