Yep 2 killos of beef (cubed), 2 killos of mince, 8 cans of diced tomatoes. I also made a double batch of sweet chilli and tomato sauce

I cook for the 3 of us for about a week

I think there is about 10 containers in the freezer for him and his finance. I try to have a few days worth of food incase i cant be arsed cooking
