@Diane. I believe you said you work in the legal system?
So, if a person is indicted and then tried in a court, is
the indictment forever? If so, what does that mean?

KT - yes, once indicted, always indicted. In my experience, an indictment - even without a conviction - is often mentioned in, for example, sentencing reports.

KT - while I supported Obama, I never, ever vilified Romney. He is a good and honorable man. I did disagree with him on certain policy judgments, but his position was well reasoned. There are many things on which reasonable minds may differ. Obama, too, was honorable. We so need to restore honor.

KT, I think that honourable behaviour should be the norm not the exception, as it sadly has become these days. Voting should be decided by listening to a reasoned argument, whereas at the moment, reasoned argument is laughed at in favour of bullyboy shouting insults louder than the opposition. Well it seems to be in America. I urge viewers to look at Australian ABC panel show Q and A to see how a cross section of the public grill politicians and experts from wide range of views. Much better than listening to a news organisation that simply tells you what they want you to hear.
