Only rain for one morning, sensational. About 1500 escorted across the coat hanger and all 280km to Canberra, but about 2500 riders side by side escorted through the capital around the houses of parliament, quite something to be part of.

Phil - not sure what you are referring to. Cycling in America is alive and well. The RAAM was held in June of this year. The El Tour de Tucson (which I have ridden in, and my son has ridden numerous times) is held annually plus numerous other races and rides.
