If it was only criminals that were the problem with gun deaths, then Australia, New Zealand, Germany etc would all have similar gun related deaths as the US. Clearly it is the proliferation of weapons and therefore the ease of using one if you've had a bad day, or you left it loaded in the bedside table when your four year old found it, or you thought you heard a bang on the door of your car, or any other crazy reason. Phil - Beg to disagree. Not 'only' criminals, as you say, but large & small gangs of organized criminals. There is an exponential increase the more people you add in. Does the rest of the world have as bad problems with drug users as we have here?
