I would name 3 "successes" as the tax bill and two supreme court justices. I would classify none as successes for the country or its people. Trump's failures far outnumber these three "successes".

Phil, you write that President Trump might be popular domestically. Most polling shows him with favorability between 30% and 40%. Of course that is neither an indicator of his "successes" nor his effectiveness.
