Difficulty score 78. I think Mr. Ooijer is right, the simple coloring trick breaks it open. No guessing for me this time.

There were several missing digit scans that I had missed and only saw after going green.

I think once you have that hidden pair you should be able to discover the simple coloring technique that breaks things open.

No. It's an analytical method described at the scanraid site and others.

I tried reading about the coloring. My old brain was not up to it right now. I could understand the first few examples, but I doubt if I'd ever be able to do it on my own.

done with G+r autofill, then double-checking things at scanraid... x-cycles? that's a new one on me. (makes me think of Tron.) thank you, scanraid guy.

Either I did something stupidly lucky, or this wasn't an expert. There was no long chain requiring red-experiments -- everything flowed logically.

I did use the autofill Javascript after I accidentally cleared the screen (I'm too lazy to repeat myself) and it all worked pretty easily.

Not phased about no number pad, one do im going to stair at a mouse and have to work out how do use it as i dont use it on laptop. I am in Australia, melbourn

the non-mousepad situation takes a little getting used to but once you have the hang of it...
