eyeman: Re your post from last night, I'm fine thanks, but my IronSudoku visits are infrequent now because I'm busy catching up on work which was long neglected due to many years of brain fog.

Sudoku had helped me fight the brain fog but didn't cure it. What did fix me (at least for now) was a weight loss approach recommended by my doc only six weeks ago, essentially intermittent fasting of various durations, plus some dietary changes aimed not at reducing calories or dietary fat but rather modifying the levels of the hormones which control fat building and fat burning.

So no more brain fog for me, and my weight is already down ten pounds. Well worth the few dollars I spent on the two books I needed to read, I think.
