Not in 1958; not on 1970; not in 1972 when the UL joined the EU. So when and why? And why did the "cod wars"continue?

@MrOoijer: You have said that my analysis is incomplete and have then posed some questions as if the answers to those questions will demonstrate the flaws in my analysis. I guess this means you are unable to dispute any of the facts and observations contained in my posts of September 27, which is good enough for me.
