Social security was never an entitlement. It was and is an indexed annuity whose trust fund was usurped by Bill Clinton and moved to the other side of the ledger with promises to pay. Don't stop thinking about tomorrow. Whenever I hear some stupid bastard describing it as an entitlement it reminds me of the fellow in our poker circle who used to complain about the business people who have fallen into bankruptcy too stupid to compete in the marketplace. Turned out he was a govt contractor with a Democrat/Senator for a father-in-law.
