I haven't given up on anything. I have said my peace. A new president will be sworn in next month. He is surrounding himself with the Supply Siders and heading agencies with people who would destroy those agencies or people who are unqualified to run them. We have seen this before. It is hard to see how the result will be any different. So now all that is left is to sit back and see what happens. There will be others who will resist and protest but there will be little if any coverage of it. Tuco, I've come close to giving up. Trump, his governing by Twitter, his appointments, pale in comparison to Bush II. We are headed for years of climate denial, billionaires taking care of themselves (more than they have already), women's rights being denied, and a bully atmosphere that has already started with the significant increase in hate crimes.
