Can't put my finger on why, but I think the Hard puzzles are the most fun. The Easies are too simple, the Experts get to the point of needing a brute-force guess, the Mediums often rest on one hard-to-spot solo... but the Hards are just tricky enough to be enjoyable. Too few of them, though.
