Did it, no green, no guess. Here is a spoiler for those who want to cheat "just a little" in order to do it no guess. Don't read further if you still want to do it on your own. But I'll say this much: There is one number, linked to remote locations, that cause that number, not obviously, to be forbidden in three cells of a block. This sets up a loner in one of the cells. Find that loner and you're home free.
