Hi, I am new to this and I love Sudoku.

Scribble, What a wonderful time to go into the sciences, Scribble--I am finding the internet is full of really neat stuff (like google-earth, and nasa pictures, and similuations of everything from garden growth to planet building...I've been really enjoying some of the stuff out there (when I get good internet access, which from here means from work which has a satellite service (too far from anywhere to get cable or dsl!)

Book -- if you don't log out and get off line, you do too lose your previous position.

If you saved a checkpoint before the changes went into effect, you will still be able to access it - you just won't be able to save a new one unless you're a Pro.

Hmm, well it didn't happen to me, but I was online BEFORE the changes happened, so...oh, I see Dr. God has covered it.

DIdn't, in a law school library setting, in some major ways. Worked for a private firm and found life made a TON more sense, but when I encountered the K-8 teaching opportunity, I was soooo energized... although, middle schoolers can certainly make my days interesting!

Law schools are about series subscriptions, political ins, and so forth...and of course, accreditation. Middle of the road is a good place to be, too.

The real scam in education is how the text book companies rule the budgets.

Well, one year Rothman began an award for creative uses of its leftover greenslips (soooo many accumulated at law schools). They encouraged submissions for what to do with them...and would announce the prize at the American Association of Law Schools annual meeting.

i love words, but having to put together a giant list of them that someone else came up with is kind of frustrating for me; especially if i do this math/logic puzzle first

I'm pretty sure the Firefox glitch is a caching issue. Firefox must have some *hard core* caching. If you hold down Option/Alt and click "refresh," you should be cured of all caching problems for the site.

hurshy, cream of the crop is the average of the difficulty of the puzzles you have completed. IN theory, if there were a perfect balance of puzzle difficulty, 250 is the perfect score. The higher means you have answered only harder puzzles and the lower means you concentrated on the easier puzzles
