sorry dorens, didn't see you there - i was concentrating - pretty confusing at first, but then it just rolled out.

this was just simple elimination - funny, when sudoku first became popular, i didin't want to even try it, then my friend's husband got addicted & i tried it once, was frustrated & didn't touch it again - then i had my hip replacement 12/05 & my step-son brought me a get-well basket that included a sudoku puzzle book - well, i had all that time and one thing led to another - shrug
