people cheat. some people aren't as smart as others. if they need to cheat at a game to feel smarter, I don't have a problem with it. They know they cheated, and it affects only them. I think there are bigger things in life to worry about than someone cheating at a game that has no bearing on whether you complete it or not.

Python, autofill simply speeds the entry of "pencil-mark" numbers, a built-in part of IronSudoku. Since it only reduces the time-to-completion which is not kept by the system, it does not help someone move above someone else or do something they wouldn't already do (just taking longer). In fact, autofill is not perfect -- you still often have to go back and unmark the greens that obviously don't belong.

Shift-click a box. That's the built-in feature. it's for note-taking so that you don't have to memorize where the hidden pairs are.

Okay, hold shift or alt down when you pick a number. A little green or red notional number appears. It's a note.

in your opinion. which you are entitled to. i don't need to cheat in sudoku or otherwise. I got where I am in life by working my ass off. gman - I'm not elite yet, but I have wondered the same thing. It will be quite a change for me to go down to 1 game per day. Therefore, I am trying to slow down so the archives will last.

but at the same time you have the challenge to make sur eyou play at least everyday sot hat you dont lose your elite status if you miss one (even though it can easily be gained back)...

I'm embarassed to admit that I tried, and failed, to follow Leigh's conversation. I can't imagine talking to her (at least I think it is "her") in person.
