It's possible to visualize a conflict, without greens, involving the center block. Not too hard to see.

Hurray! After a REALLY tortured start (stuck on 3 cells!) I managed to pull out a No Green, No Guess! Feeling gleeful.

I keep finding the conflict. I don't see how to resolve it.

OK, I have taken a different approach. I have started with the conflict and resolved it. Here's hoping the rest of the puzzle jus falls into place now.
