needed lots of greens, had started a forcing-chain (guess) when i realized that id missed a cancel - and it all fell apart. before that, no greens - and id screwed up... whoohoo - im a pro! :)

btw - good hint, but be careful - i needed greens to stay careful...

For a Hard, that was pretty quick: The hint below helped, but r/c/s groups with only a couple empty are my second batch of things to try anyway, after scanning for 'forced' spots. I started filling in the greens on some of the resulting pairs and found a few more numbers to fill in quickly, and it all came together at once.

I actually thought this was easier than most of the 'Easy' puzzles we've had lately. It does seem to matter, at least for me, on what number or area of the board I start with.

sometimes the 'hard' ones are easier than the 'easy' ones - this was one of those puzzles

aki, youll still not-quite get to the next-level... soon... the levels are based upon elite=perfect, expert=90%, pro=50%, regular=25%, newbie=5% completed. each day the completed-number increases also (which is why you need another day or two). keep the faith. :)
