Done using the Feldbauer/Weber method, but employing the Shearson variation.

I find the Teetasse Elimination technique very useful, but it doesn't seem to be working on this one. I may have to resort to the Bierflasche Squeeze & Twist manoeuvre.

The BS method is one of my favorites. But it doesn't seem to be working too well on this one...

I used the poooapagwi method. pick one out of a pair and go with it.
