I'm a newbie to Iron Sudoku. Can't quite get the hang of things. When I want to subscript I bring up the grid hold down the shift key and enter the number I want to appear as a small letter but it doesn't work as I get the number large. What am I doing wrong. I quit on tonight's Babble so maybe I'm very thick today. Plus, may I ask why you all talk about 'Greens'. If it's a private thing then forget I asked. Got tgo do my profile yet!

expert puzzle is not very good way to start: it could put you off

I do know Sudoku and play often. Or should I say relax with it. But you are right I should start easier until I get used to your system. Next question is: how do I change the rating?

patxxx, you don't need to press any key to get the big number, just click inside the field and the choice of numbers will appear. Rating? to get to easy puzzles you have to get a pro account.
