I have looked at the style sheet. Here is what you should see. Each square has a gray line 1 pixel wide on their bottom and the right borders, except squares in the 3rd and 6th rows and columns. Squares in the 3rd and 6th rows have a gray line 2 pixels wide at the bottom and squares in the 3rd and 6th columns have a gray line 2 pixels wide on the right.

It sounds like IE is not correctly interpretting the style sheet for this site, or maybe you have a corrupt copy of it in your cache. Perhaps clearing your cache would help.
