fairly often, i don't find the easies so easy, but this was easy. i also find the hards usually to be easy. the mediums are hard for me, even when most make short work of them. there is no moral to this story, but one person's medium can be another's expert, etc. experts are either terribly easy or terribly difficult i find.

sudoku reminds me a little of mah jong solitaire, where it is the approach that matters. one way the puzzle is impossible, but if you start in another place it can be so easy.
